B-Fit Tone & Shape 1:1 Sessions


Don't know where or how to start? Need some external motivation and help creating healthy habits? Here we will focus on healthy meals in the kitchen, how to create healthy habits that you'll stick to and creating the body image you love. 


These sessions were created for all fitness levels but also created to challenge you more than you'd challenge yourself. We focus on training cariorespiritory system, core, strength and flexibility. If you need a sign, this is it! SIGN UP NOW!


Can be fulfilled virtually, in-person or a hybrid of the two. 



  • Scheduling & Session Cancellation

    Scheduling must be done a week ahead of time. If you must cancel for any reason, communication must be done 4 hours before scheduled appointment and the night before for early morning appointments. 

    If for any reason you miss a session without canceling beforehand you lose that session for the week.
