NEW YEARS DEAL: 3 Month Small Group Training


You owe yourself the commitment! Imagine where you'd be if you stuck it out for 90 days. Imagine the change you could make. This allows us to take time to focus on our body image and mental health. One-on-one and Group Training Rates. 

Training Focus: Balance, Core, Flexibility, Cardio & Strength. 


Scheduling must be done with me after booking!

  • MBF Policy

    This package comes with a total of 36 sessions over the span of 3 months. They cannot be spread out to more than 4 months. 

    There is a 1 month grace period in case client or family member is ill, time doesn't align or preplanned vacation but sessions must be used within a 4 month span. 

    Sessions must be scheduled the week prior and agreed upon with trainer. 

    If session must be cancelled or rescheduled it must be done 4 hours before session begins. If not, you lose that session for the week.

    There is a possibility of you being grouped with 1 other person.
