Youth Fitness for Virtual Learners! 

Due to COVID-19, our overall mental health as a whole has decreased. We've gone from being active and socially engaged  to avoiding close contact, spreading germs and distant. For our youth, the little bit of outside world they know has flipped upside down and yet we all have to make sense of it. For schools, their primary focus are the academic goals and physical activity has fallen by the wayside. I want parents and children to know and understand the impact physical fitness has on an individuals mental health, mental focus, and emotional intellect. My team has put together a program where your kid can be a kid again, exert some energy after a long day in front of a computer and practice social distancing guidelines to prepare them for the future.
